Who is Vandijck NV?
Vandijck Agrarisch Centrum, or Vandijck for short, is a family business that saw the light of day in 1965. In North Limburg they are known as the partner for the farmer.

Thoughtful steps forward in bulk processing
Upgrading a bulk station with mixing equipment while keeping production running as usual is quite a challenge. But no challenge is too big for our experts. The expansion of the bulk station with mixing plant was anything but limited. We realized a complete modernization of all crucial components:

Above all, the new grinding plant offers more efficiency. And that’s music to our ears. - Doubling the number of storage silos

Manual weighing is a thing of the past. From now on, Vandijck NV saves valuable time with every load. And that was felt very quickly.

The future looks bright for Vandijck NV. The company is bursting with growth plans, so scalability was necessary. That is precisely why we deliberately provided extra space in the design. In fact, above and below the silos, space is left open where additional silos or transport lines can be added later. This way we safeguard Vandijck NV from new renovations or the risk of having to temporarily stop production to realize their plans.
Challenges in this story
Working on an existing site is often challenging. Again, it was not an easy task, but “hard goes too.” Because we wanted production to keep running at all costs, we gave ourselves limited space to work. But thanks to good planning, communication and know-how, that wasn’t a problem at all. All parties were closely involved throughout the project, making everything extremely efficient.
