Assembly and disassembly of our last batch weighers. These were assembled and tested in Belgium after which they were dismantled and shipped back to their final destination in Kenya.
A total of three mobile weigh hoppers were created. Each good for weighing 800 tons per hour, up to 20 tons per batch. The built-in conveyors have a width of 1200 mm and are equipped with appropriate dust extraction. The weighers can operate autonomously thanks to a generator. Each wheel set is remotely adjustable. The weighers have a height of 13 meters and weigh 90 tons each.
Moving between two locations required 14 exceptional transports and 11 containers.
